Know Your Numbers! Week is the UK's biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event, organised by Blood Pressure UK, that takes place every September.

This year’s campaign ran from 8–14 September 2025.

Throughout the week, numerous pop-up blood pressure testing sites were set up across Lancashire and South Cumbria, to raise awareness of the dangers of high blood pressure and encourage people to get familiar with their numbers.

The aim was to help people check their blood pressure and understand the risks associated with hypertension — a condition that often shows no symptoms but can lead to serious health issues such as heart attacks, strokes, and kidney disease.

A total of 1,304 people were tested in total! A huge thank-you to everyone who took part and we look forward to working with you again next year.
