A dedicated website and social media profiles go digital

Our Health Our Care is a programme looking at the way health and care services are delivered in Chorley, South Ribble and Greater Preston. It is looking at involving staff, stakeholders, patients, carers and service users in conversations on how best to improve services in the area.
To do this, a dedicated website has been developed along with other social media profiles. This will provide opportunities for people to find out more about the programme and information on how to get involved and have their say.
Our Health Our Care would like to thank members of: the Chorley, South Ribble and Greater Preston Clinical Commissioning Group’s Patient Advocate Group, Young People Health Advocate Group and Lay Chairs for their support in designing the website.
