Mr Thomas Patrick Barrett from Blackburn with Darwen

Mr Thomas Patrick Barrett, 80, was one of the first residents in the borough to get vaccinated in Blackburn with Darwen.
He said: “I feel liberated. It means carrying on my life. It is very humbling to see how much work has been done by the NHS. I am thankful for all the efforts and determination. I am looking forward to life returning to normal.”
