EMPOWER
EMPOWER is a highly-recommended, free and fun group session delivered by specially-trained NHS health professionals for people with Type 2 diabetes.
You’ll join a group of other local people like you with Type 2 diabetes for a completely free three-hour session of support and advice. EMPOWER is a great way to understand and manage your diabetes and live a healthier life.
