Craven Disability Survey

Date posted: 19th November 2021

Craven Disability Forum has launched the Craven Disability Survey. The survey will mean that disabled people, their friends and family, and others interested in disability issues can share their stories and let others know what is important to them. Your answers will be used to write a report about what matters for disabled people in Craven.

Craven Disability Forum is a volunteer-run local group which aims to raise awareness and address the needs of people with a physical or sensory disability. We are working with North Yorkshire County Council and Craven District Council on the survey.

You can fill in the survey online at https://nypartnerships.org.uk/cdf.

You can also download printable copies of the survey and an easy read version from this webpage or you can collect paper copies of the survey and the easy read survey from libraries across Craven or have one posted out to you.

The survey will close on 7 January 2022.

For more information, please visit: https://www.nypartnerships.org.uk/cdf

We hope that you will take this opportunity to help shape the future of Craven for disabled people and their families. Thank you for taking part.
