To help shape our key areas of focus over the next five years, we have considered the NHS Long Term Plan, the local challenges we are facing and what you have told us.

With this in mind we have formed a number of boards in order to oversee and progress the actions we need to take to achieve our vision for central Lancashire. Our Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) Board is the overarching forum which brings together all of our key partner organisations within central Lancashire. Each of our local System Delivery Boards listed below reports its progress into the overarching ICP board.

None of these meetings are held in public. However, in order to help keep local residents, staff and wider partners informed as much as possible we choose to publish key messages from each of these meetings.
