Together: A Healthier Future is a programme to improve our health and care system in Pennine Lancashire, which is made up of East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen.

We have some of the worst health in the country in this area. We can and must do better. We also have to face some tough financial challenges in the future

We want to hear your ideas on what we need to do to make our health and social care services better. We’ll be holding public meetings to discuss the future development of the system.
